How Do I…

  • At the time of your visit, just click on the link provided to you to join the video portal. Your provider will be there shortly to start your visit.

  • Use the Schedule an Appointment Button at the top right of the page and then pick your appointment type and schedule a time.

  • Use the “Appointments” tab in the portal to reschedule or cancel your visits.

    • If something comes up within 24 hours of your appointment, please send us a portal message right away.

    • Please note: a no-show or late cancellation fee will be charged for appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Usually, at your appointment we send in enough medication to last until your next visit. Please call and speak directly with the pharmacist first, to see if they can request a refill on your behalf.

    • If you still need help or they advise you need to speak to your provider, log in to the portal and use the “Medications” or “Messages” tab to send your request. Refills are typically processed within 2 business days.

    • To avoid any gaps, request refills before you run out—especially ahead of weekends or holidays.

    • The “Messages” tab is perfect for questions, updates, or sharing information between visits.

    • We usually reply within 1 business day but it could be up to 72 hours.

  • Go to the “Shared Documents” section to send us labs, forms, or other files directly to your chart.

  • Pay safely and securely through the “Billing” tab—no stamps or checks required.

    • If you have a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.

    • If you have an urgent concern that can’t wait until the next business day, you can call or text (919) 283-1808 but know that it may take up to 72 hours to get a response.

  • If you need to update your address, phone number, or insurance information you can go to our INFORMATION UPDATE FORM

    To update your credit card information, login to the patient portal and click the “Credit Card” button on the left sided menu.
