How Do I…

  • At the time of your visit, you should be sent a link. Just click on the link provided to you to join the zoom meeting. Your provider will be there shortly to start your visit.

    If you lost your link use the portal and message the provider so it can be resent.

  • Use the Schedule an Appointment Button at the top right of this page, pick location for appointment and then pick your appointment type and schedule a time. In the portal click BOOK in the top right corner and follow the same instructions.

  • Use the “Appointments” tab in the portal to reschedule or cancel your visits.

    • If something comes up within 24 hours of your appointment, please send us a portal message right away.

    • Please note: a no-show or late cancellation fee may be applied for appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Usually, at your appointment we send in enough medication to last until your next visit. Please call and speak directly with the pharmacist first, they can often request a refill on your behalf.

    • If you still need help or they advise that you need to speak to your provider, log in to the portal and use the “Messages” tab to send your request. Refills are typically processed within 2 business days.

    • To avoid any gaps, request refills before you run out—especially ahead of weekends or holidays.

    • The “Messages” tab is perfect for questions, updates, or sharing information between visits.

    • We usually reply within 1 business day but it could be up to 72 hours.

  • Go to the “Shared Documents” section to send us labs, forms, or other files directly to your chart.

  • Pay safely and securely through the “Billing” tab—no stamps or checks required.

    • If you have a mental health emergency, call 911 or 988, or go to the nearest emergency department.

    • If you have an urgent concern that can’t wait until the next business day, you can call or text (919) 283-1808 but know that it may take up to 48 hours to get a response. Our preferred method is to leave a message using your patient portal where you should get a response within the next day and hopefully in a few hours.

  • If you need to update your address, phone number, or insurance information you can go to our INFORMATION UPDATE FORM

    To update your credit card information, login to the patient portal and click the “Credit Card” button on the left sided menu.
