  • During our time together, we will focus on gathering information about your current stressors and symptoms, your life history, and your history with mental health treatment. Together, we will discuss your needs and preferences for treatment and create a plan that feels comfortable for you.

    Time: 60 minutes

    Cost: Reg Price $300, self-pay $275

  • This is a typical medication follow up. We will have time to discuss your current stressors, symptoms, and response to treatment; develop plan going forward; and explore non-medication options that might benefit you.

    Time: 30 minutes

    Cost: Reg price $140, Self-pay: $125

  • An extended follow up is provided for those who want more nuanced psychotherapy and lifestyle support; have more complicated medical history; or want more detailed planning around things like sleep, nutrition, or executive functioning.

    Time: 45 minutes

    Cost: Reg price $190, Self-pay: $175

  • We administer Computerized Cognitive testing to provide diagnostic clarity to our patients and as a service to referring providers. These tests are particularly helpful for ADHD clarification or even after Head Injuries to help establish baseline and monitor progress. This is not a standalone charge and is added to the office visit in which it was ordered. It includes Result Review session and Report.

  • Clinical services provided between appointments (e.g. phone calls with family members, other providers; phone calls that result in adjustment to your treatment plan, letters or forms.

    Time: 15 minute increments
