Our Wonderful Staff
Meet Courtney
My name is Courtney Dallas White, and I am Physician Assistant (PA-C) with more than 20 years of experience in psychiatry. Originally from Somers, NY, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After working for two years as a physical therapy aide in Mount Kisco, NY, I moved to North Carolina to pursue my Master of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Duke University.
I spent 22 years practicing at NC Neuropsychiatry, where I gained extensive experience caring for patients across the lifespan. During that time, I also partnered with Learning Services Neurobehavioral Institute to provide care for individuals recovering from severe traumatic brain injuries, as well as Tammy Lynn Center to support children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, individualized, and empathetic care to every patient.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our three children, and our dog, Rigby. I love spending time with family and friends, attending plays, traveling, and watching my children pursue their passions in soccer and musical theatre.
Courtney will be joining January 2027, her schedule is already available for booking.
Meet Lauren
My name is Lauren Wright, and I am a Psychiatric Physician Assistant (PA-C). I have 10 + years in providing psychiatric care. I obtained my undergraduate degree from NC State with a B.S. in Biology and minor in Genetics. I obtained my masters in Physician Assistant Studies from East Carolina University. During my career as a PA, I have merged my background in general medicine with behavioral health to provide a holistic, science-backed approach to care. I further went on to be trained as a Neuropsychiatry specialist,
Having worked across the full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, I now focus on the complex relationship between brain function and behavior. I am committed to redefining the patient experience through superior service, and clear provider-patient communication.
I make my home in Raleigh, NC where I live with my husband, 2 children and 2 dogs. I enjoy gardening, flowers of course, needlepoint and walks.

Meet Laura
I am often the first person you will speak with at our practice, bringing over 10 years of healthcare experience — including 8 years dedicated to mental health — to every interaction. I am happy to help with scheduling, billing questions, and any general questions you may have about the practice.
I fell in love with mental health from the start and find it endlessly fascinating. Helping others is at the heart of who I am, and I understand that navigating mental healthcare can feel overwhelming. I am passionate about guiding and advocating for patients so they can get the care they deserve.
When I'm not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends, family — and rewatching New Girl from the beginning (again).
